Los Angeles - Jan 13, 2010 - The Islamic Center of Southern California extends its most heartfelt condolences to the people of Haiti in light of the devistating earthquake. We pray that God give patience to the victims of the quake and that He empower us to provide assistance to those in need. People of all faiths and nations should rally together to help the people of Haiti. As Compassion is a central teaching of Islam, we should all be moved to contribute what we can to these urgent relief efforts.
